As others have mentioned, these trays are legal sized, so you have more room available once your standard 8 1/2 x 11 inch papers are deposited.

The hooks that link and duplex the trays together go into the tray slots perfectly, for a secure fit.

I also purchased the Acrimet Millennium Desk Organizer Pencil Paper holder: it totally matches the color and plastic material of the trays.
